The role
Ready to shape the future of open banking? Brite is actively looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive our European expansion. Your main focus will be growing our payments footprint by selling Brite’s open banking solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.
This role is ideal for an independent, driven sales professional with a proven track record of success selling payment solutions to enterprise clients. In return, we offer an uncapped commission plan, a hybrid work model, and a competitive benefits package.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office) | Remote available in the Netherlands or Germany
Start Date: August 2026 onwards
Key Responsibilities
Consult & Advise: Guide merchants on how to bring Brite’s Instant A2A payment and payout solutions into their payment setup.
Drive New Business: Hunt, qualify, and close high-potential enterprise accounts across key verticals to aggressively grow our pipeline.
Pitch to the C-Suite: Build sharp, data-driven proposals for CFOs, CTOs, and Product heads, and lead strategic negotiations to close complex deals.
Master A2A & APIs: Become an expert on Brite’s open banking tech, helping merchants understand our integration process, API capabilities, and coverage.
Own the Deal Flow: Orchestrate the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract, driving urgency and aligning internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance).
Track Market & Regulatory Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the evolving Open Banking/PSD3 landscape, competitor moves, and local payment habits to feed insights back to Product and Marketing.
Collaborate & Share: Work closely with the wider commercial team to share best practices, win strategies, and market insights.

Pipeline growth: You’ve built and maintain a robust pipeline that enables you to hit your financial target
Revenue contribution: Your new won opportunities generate monthly recurring revenue for Brite.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the payments space (bonus points if you already understand A2A, open banking, or local bank transfer networks).
Proven Hunter Mentality: A track record of hitting targets and self-sourcing enterprise leads—you don't just wait for marketing inbound.
Strong Network: An existing list of prospective merchants, partners, or decision-makers within key verticals.
Commercial Sharpness: The ability to handle complex negotiations, build solid business cases, and talk ROI with CFOs and commercial leaders.
Drive & Communication: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong inner drive to grow alongside a fast-scaling company.
Tech-Fluent: You are genuinely interested in fintech and comfortable talking about APIs, integration flows, and payment tech stacks.
Language skills: Fluency in English (Swedish or Danish is a strong bonus for the Stockholm office).
