  • We’ve designed our recruitment process to be structured yet personal, ensuring we find the right match for both you and Brite. Here’s how it works:

    1. TA Interview (Talent Acquisition Call) – A first conversation where we introduce Brite and the role, while checking if your background and ambitions aligns with the position.
    2. Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper conversation where we focus on building a relationship, understanding your experience, and discussing how you could contribute to the team.
    3. Case Interview / Code Test – We send you a coding test that should take 2–3 hours max to complete. The focus is on your reasoning and problem-solving skills, rather than perfect code. This assignment will be the foundation for a technical discussion.
    4. Final Steps – If we move forward, we conduct reference checks, a final offer, and a digital background check before onboarding you to the team.

  • We aim for a fast and efficient process, typically wrapping things up within 4–6 weeks, depending on scheduling and availability.

  • Our core tech stack includes Python, React, and we work heavily with Google Cloud. But more than specific tools, we’re looking for engineers who enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
