"As a People Business Partner at Brite, I support managers with HR processes and help them build strong teams. I focus on making sure employees have a good experience by guiding them on development, performance, and well-being. My goal is to create a positive and supportive workplace where everyone can do their best."

Tell us something about yourself that not many people know about

"I love traveling and discovering new places—I like when things move forward! Three years ago, my family (my husband and our two teenage sons) decided to take a big step and move from Sweden to Spain. Now, I work from our Malaga office, really enjoy life here, and try my best to learn Spanish!"
