Tell us about your role!

My role is to provide the people of Brite with solid and well-balanced legal advice throughout all processes. This is made by building a legal team with deep knowledge in payments and regulatory affaires, with excellent cross-functional skills, and with a constant aspiration to find that sweet "good enough level", which is naturally hard for lawyers. To me, the perfect legal team is seamlessly integrated with the rest of the organisation and a natural stakeholder in almost all matters, not because it has to but since it can contribute to efficiency and comfort, especially at times of massive growth which has been the case since I joined Brite.

Why Brite?

I chose Brite because it seemed to be the perfect fit for me since I wanted to leverage previous experiences from both the payments industry, and from building legal teams before. The variation of legal areas and challenges and interpreting legal rules and practices surrounding payments never makes me disappointed!
