"As Head of Merchant Solutions, I lead a team that helps merchants and partners integrate our products for optimal conversion and performance. The beauty of working in Merchant Solutions is the blend of business and technology, connecting merchants with our products to bring solutions to life, even if it’s not always “Plug & Play.”

Why Brite?

"I absolutely bought into the company culture up from my very first interview! I didn’t know much about the business itself, but I knew a few people working at Brite and I had the chance to talk to a few people during my interview process and that was almost enough for me to jump on this opportunity and I’m still very happy about the supportive, open and “doer” mentality which we live here across the board."

Tell us something about yourself that not many people know about

"I prefer telling something everybody should know about me because the things you don’t know about me are most likely boring anyway. What’s important to me is to create an atmosphere where you have fun - no matter if that’s in business or in private life. I try to enjoy every moment and make the best out of it and that’s also something I bring to the table within my team at Brite but also beyond my team. A quote I really live by is: “You’re never fully dressed without a smile.”
