What you will do:
As a Senior Merchant Success Manager (iGaming) at Brite, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with major international clients within the A2A-payment industry. You will collaborate closely with our commercial team, technical specialists, and fellow Merchant Success Managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive up-selling and cross selling initiatives with existing customers by introducing new markets and product features that Brite offers.
- Develop and prioritize product/service requests from customers and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- Be accountable for the performance of the assigned portfolio of clients.
- Proactively identify, plan and execute customer growth enablers.
- Be very commercially aware and demonstrate strong price negotiation skills when presented with a challenging business case.
- Meet and exceed assigned individual and team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional service to your merchants, representing the challenger spirit of Brite through a high integrity, high availability approach towards all partners and customers alike.
- Work closely with our Product and Operations team to maximize merchant and consumer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years Account Management/Merchant Success Management experience in gaming and / or payments.
- Commercial experience in managing contract renewals and complex pricing negotiations.
- Experience in working in A2A payments
- Strong analytical skills with passion for logic and problem-solving
- Able to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
- Humble, capable of fostering positive and lasting relationships
- Fun and easy going , individual contributor but also a strong team player!
- Proficiency in English
